- HP’s customers who have purchase HP’s notebook and desktop during promotion period are required to complete online registration form at www.nortonredemptions.com/sg/hp to redeem 1 year subscription of Norton Internet Security product key before 31st May 2013.
- Only selected models of HP notebook and desktop are entitled to redeem a free Norton product key. A list of entitled models can be found on www.nortonredemptions.com/sg/hp/models
- HP’s customers whose details are incorrect or incomplete will not be entertained.
- The free Norton product key will be delivered via email after HP’s customers complete the above redemption process.
- The promotion is valid for Singapore only.
- In the event of a dispute, a customer’s entitlement to participate and/or receive the offer is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of Symantec Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (“Symantec”).
- Under no circumstances shall Symantec be liable for any loss and/or damage incurred by any party (including without limitation to the loss of income, profits or goodwill whether the same be direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive) nor shall Symantec be liable for any special damages to any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with the competition and/or the prizes, even if Symantec have been advised of the possibility of such loss and/or damages in advance, and all such loss and/or damages have been expressly excluded.
- HP’s customers in the Promotion understand and agree that in order to register and redeem the free product key, Symantec or a third party administrator must collect and use personally identifiable information about Participants and will from time to time contact Participants via their e-mail and/or other addresses as provided. All information gathered by Symantec will be shared with third party administrators, for the limited purpose of administering this Promotion. The personal information that you provide to us will be transferred to the Symantec group of companies and its authorized suppliers in different parts of the world, including the U.S. that may have less protective data protection laws than the region in which you are situated (including the European Union). Symantec has taken steps so that the collected information, if transferred, receives an adequate level of protection. If you do not agree to your personal data being processed within the Symantec group or its authorized suppliers, we may not be able to complete your request.
